Connected Inventory Example

A Single physical product (Pullover Hoodie) has a single inventory, and is sold as 4 separate products with a different print on each.
The type of print does not matter to the inventory of the hoodie, as there are unlimited prints.

The problem
Wix assigns a different inventory level for each product, and does not allow multiple products to share the same inventory (so if one it purchased, all are updated)

The solution

Make sure all have the same starting inventory (for each variant), and connect all 4 products (for each variant) in the "Connected Inventory" tab.

Outcome

1) When one hoodie is purchased, the inventory of all the connected hoodies will be updated to match.

2) When you want to update the inventory after receiving new stock, you only need to update 1 of the connected inventory products, and all the others will automatically get updated.
